Lisbon is Europe's kizomba capital — Jazzy Dance Studios' Sunday DanSunday is the city's biggest weekly Latin social across salsa, bachata, kizomba and semba.
Porto pairs a Thursday class-and-social at Espaço Cultural Jubilant (Arrisca-te) with B.Leza's late AfroLatine Nights at Muxima Bar across the river in Vila Nova de Gaia.
Madeira's capital does its Latin dancing at Malhos Pub (weekend salsa, kizomba, bachata, merengue), with Salsa Madeira and OpenDance Madeira running classes-plus-socials across the island.
Faro's Latin axis is the monthly Café Latino at Casa do Povo da Conceição (first Sunday of the month, 3-7 PM) run by Academia de Salsa do Algarve — the Algarve's reference dance school for salsa, bachata and kizomba.
