Help and support
Pick the closest situation. We read every message and reply — we review, we don't guarantee.
- Manage or pass on a ticket you boughtEvery pass has a private support form, and you can transfer entry to a friend by email — your pass stays valid until they claim it, and you can cancel a pending transfer before then. Transfers close at a date the organizer sets. Refunds are the organizer's decision; we read every request but can't guarantee one.
- Report a safety concernHarassment, unsafe behavior, or anything that put someone at risk at an event we list. Reports go to a private queue only the safety team can open — nothing is published, and nothing is shown to the organizer as an accusation. We read every one; we can't promise a reply. A wrong time, venue or ticket link is a correction rather than a safety report — open the event and use Report wrong details.
- Add an event that's missingAnyone can submit a social or festival. Known cities go live quickly; a brand-new city is reviewed first.
- Sell tickets as an organizerTo edit a listing or sell through Socialpass, verify that you run the event. Ticketing is opt-in — most listings simply link out to the organizer's own source.
- Book an artistBooking requests reach an artist with scoped terms, but the booking and any money are arranged directly between you and them. Socialpass doesn't process deposits or payouts yet, so never act on off-platform pressure.
- Email the teamFor anything the routes above don't cover. Please don't send card numbers, passwords, or ID documents — we never need them.
