Rome's salsa scene is anchored by Barrio de la Salsa's six-night-a-week class-and-social block and SalsaTanca's Tuesday/Sunday socials.

Turin's Hiroshima Mon Amour (San Salvario) runs the long-running Friday Latin night — Piedmont's main weekly anchor with Cuban-style salsa focus.
UNESCO-listed Sassi cave-city in Basilicata. Hosts Aló Loco Week each mid-July at Los Hermanos Academy — a five-day immersive salsa summer camp founded by Claudio De Core and Maykel Fonts.
Veneto town north of Venice. Hosts Cal Luxury Festival each December at BHR Hotel Quinto — an all-inclusive bachata/kizomba/salsa weekend.
Sanremo hosts the Sanremo AfroLatin Congress on the Ligurian Riviera — a bachata, kizomba and salsa weekender that puts the spa-and-flower town on the Italian Latin festival map. The city's regular Latin programming is festival-shaped rather than weekly.
Verona's marquee dance moment is Bachata Day Europe each March at the Montresor Hotel Tower in nearby Bussolengo — billed as Italy's first dedicated bachata congress.
Adriatic-coast town in Marche province. Hosts Karma Festival each May at the Klass Hotel — a four-style (salsa/bachata/kizomba/urban) congress drawing dancers from across central Italy.
Tyrrhenian-coast resort town in Calabria. Hosts EventoPeople Festival each May at Santa Caterina Village — a multi-style international congress on the Calabrian coast.
