Lyon hosts the Lyon Bachata Congress, the city's flagship bachata festival, and sits as the gateway to the Rhône-Alpes Latin circuit — Aix-les-Bains' XLB and Geneva's scene are both within easy train reach. The weekly socials live in the city's salsa-school orbit rather than in a single anchor club.
